Colleen Smith

Colleen Mae Myott Smith, 92, of Spartanburg, SC died Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Gardens of the Eastside. Born January 22, 1930 in Saint Albans, Vermont, she was the daughter of the late Dean and Olive May Bevins Myott, and was the wife of the late Foy Walden Smith.

Colleen was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Circle and served many years with Adoration Chapel.

Survivors include her son, Michael W. Smith of Spartanburg, SC, her daughter, Terri S. Kittel of Greer, SC, five grandchildren, Scott Kittel, Jonathan Kittel, Anna Kittel, Tyler Smith and Austin Smith, seven great grandchildren, Bennett Kittel, Anneliese Kittel, Ari Kittel, Mae Kittel, Jay Kittel, Sam Dill and David Kittel.

A Private Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Historical Church, Spartanburg, SC, conducted by The Rev. David R. Whitman. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Spartanburg, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 161 N Dean Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
