Claude Dickerson

Bud Dickerson, 69, of 708 Holtfield Terrace, died Thursday, May 27, 2010 at his home. Born April 28, 1941 in Winston-Salem, NC, he was the son of the late Claude Franklin Dickerson, Sr. and Pearl Lawter Dickerson and the husband of the late Gail Johnson Dickerson. A member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg, he was retired from Jacob Sirene Company and was a U. S. Navy veteran. He is survived by a son, David Dickerson of Spartanburg. He was predeceased by a sister, Nancy Flichum. Visitation will be 2:00-2:45 p.m. Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev Hub Grant. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family is at their respective homes.
