Bryan F. Bobo, 68, of Duncan, SC, died Monday, November 7, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born November 18, 1953, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late William Franklin and Elizabeth Prince Bobo.
Bryan graduated from Spartanburg High School. He was the proud owner and operator of Acme Exterminating for 22 years. A charter member of Tyger River Presbyterian Church, Bryan served as both an elder and a deacon. A man of great faith, he felt called to help those in need and was a member of the CIVITAN Club and volunteer with the Carpenter’s Table food pantry and the Special Olympics. Bryan was also an avid USC Gamecocks fan and skier; he was a member of the Spartanburg Ski Club.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Crossley Bobo; son, Kristopher Bobo (Kerri) of Campobello, SC; stepdaughter, Catrina H. Lugo (Sadat) of Lyman, SC; grandchildren, Connor Rogers, Christopher Rogers (Sarah), Max Bobo, Antonio Lugo, and Lorenzo Lugo; sisters, Barbara Welchel (Dave) and Betty Lemley; and beloved dog, Bo. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by a stepdaughter, Angela Bobo.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Tyger River Presbyterian Church, 5961 Reidville Road, Moore, SC 29369, conducted by The Rev. Hudson Neely. Burial will follow in Westwood Memorial Gardens, 6101 Reidville Road, Moore, SC 29369.
