Bobby Bryan

Bobby E. Bryan, 83, of Boiling Springs, SC died Saturday, August 20, 2022 at his home. Born April 3, 1939 in Spartanburg, SC he was the son of the late Sara Elizabeth Taylor Bryan.

Bobby attended Boiling Springs First Baptist Church for 38 years, where he served as a Deacon, Usher and sang in the choir. Bobby was a choir director for over 15 years at North Spartanburg Free Will Baptist Church in Spartanburg.

He was Owner and Operator of Bryan Appliance for over 35 years. Prior to that, he worked for Kohler as an Instructor for 20 years.

Bobby and Sue were married for 62 years. They loved to travel, especially to the beach.

Survivors include his wife, Sue Bryan of the home; daughters, Robin Henderson (Glenn) of Inman, SC and Beth Morrell (Ray) of Boiling Springs, SC; son, Alan Bryan (Lea) of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Jenee´ Gilfillan (Cory), Matt Morrell (Kaci), Kelly Chapman, Deanna White (Josh) and Fara Bryan; seven great grandchildren; sister, Linda Ingram and brother, Jerry Sloan (Sherry). He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Alana Bryan.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Floyd’s Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Highway 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. Funeral service will be 12:00 noon Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Boiling Springs First Baptist Church, 3600 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316, conducted by The Rev. Dr. Hank Williams, The Rev. Bobby Lindsey, and The Rev. Ray Hollifield. Burial will follow in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, 4164 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.
