Beverly Spillers passed away peacefully in her home on May 9, 2025. Born on February 22, 1934, and raised in Bartow, Florida. Known for her zest for life and generous heart, Beverly was beloved by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A woman of many passions, Beverly found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life, tending to the yard, and embracing the thrill of the slopes, where she earned the affectionate nickname “The Purple Popsicle” for her signature ski outfit and enduring enthusiasm. Above all, Beverly had a deep and abiding love for God.
Her love for travel took her across the globe, often with her son Steve by her side. Together, they explored new places, shared countless adventures, and made memories that will be cherished forever. Beverly also had a special place in her heart for cats, whose companionship brought her great comfort and joy.
Beverly’s warmth, humor, and vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered for the laughter she brought, the kindness she shared, and the remarkable life she lived.
She is survived by her beloved son, Steve; two granddaughters, Brantley and Reagan Collins; her adored cat, Pudding; and a circle of friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
