Betty Glazener

Betty Jean Bishop Glazener, 91, of Spartanburg, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023, at her home.  Born February 4, 1932, she was the daughter of Sumter and Mamie Kirby Bishop.

Mrs. Glazener was a member of First Baptist Church-Spartanburg and retired after 34 years as a Lab Technician with Spartanburg Medical Center.

Survivors are two daughters, Kelly Glazener Mahaffey and Susan Glazener Vinsant both of Spartanburg; three grandchildren, Emily Major, Megan Mahaffey and Alli Mahaffey; three great grandchildren, Haley Blanton, Caleb Blanton, and Jacob Major.  Mrs. Glazener was one of eight brothers and sisters.
