Angie Lee Wilson Turner, 83, of Spartanburg, SC, entered Heaven's gates on Thursday, April 21, 2016. Born December 29, 1932 in Spartanburg and raised in Cannons Campground, she was the daughter of the late Robert "Rob" Lee Wilson and Naomi Bishop Wilson. The beloved mother of Lisa T. Easler (Mike) of Boiling Springs, SC and Lynn T. Blackwell (Rock) of Spartanburg, SC; she had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren, Noni J. Siebeneck (Brent) of Powell, OH, Heth Jennings (Jill) of Campobello, SC, and Brandon Michael Easler of Boiling Springs, SC; and was also very proud of her five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Peggy Hayes and Bobby Wilson. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three sons, Jackie, Kenny, and Steven Turner; and sisters, Mary Seay and Shirley Humphries. Mrs. Turner loved to cook and work in her yard. She retired from Belk Department Store after 27 years of service and was of the Baptist faith. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 24, 2016, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Kenneth Apple.
