William Croon

William "Bill" Croon, 66, of Boiling Springs, SC died Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born February 27, 1954 in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada, he was the son of the late Harry Croon and Euphemia Wilhelmina Croon. A business graduate of Durham College, Mr. Croon was a manager with "Shred It" for 13 years. A selfless man who helped anyone in need and a simple Christian man, he loved his family, children, friends, neighbors, and dogs and he was passionate about golf. Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Croon; sons, Ryan Croon (Jamie) of Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Craig Croon (Stacie) of Atlanta, GA; daughters, Jessica Beth Thurston (Sean) of Moore, SC and Brittny Brannon (Clayton) of Columbus, NC; grandchildren, Sophie Croon of Nova Scotia, John Croon and Jada Croon both of Atlanta, GA, Joshua Thurston of Moore, SC and Hailey Hyder of Columbus, NC, and his four-legged daughter, Maggie. Visitation will be held 2:45-3:45 PM Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316, with a celebration of life service following at 4:00 PM at the Chapel conducted by The Rev.
