Stevan Atkinson

Stevan D. Atkinson, 64, of Greenville, SC, died Sunday, February 18, 2018, at Heartland Healthcare-Greenville West. Stevan was born January 8, 1954, in Millen, GA, to the late Charles Atkinson and Louise Rice Atkinson. Stevan graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1980 with an Industrial Management Degree. He remained an avid Yellow Jacket fan and also a diehard Atlanta Falcon fan. Stevan is survived by a daughter, Erin Atkinson of North Charleston, SC and a son, Chase Atkinson of Spartanburg, SC. He is also survived by a brother, Alan Atkinson of Oxford, AL; sisters-in-law, Teresa and Glenda Atkinson; four nieces, Kelly, Emily, Amy, and Sarah; and two great-nieces, Cannady and Wells. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Edwin Atkinson. The family will gather from 2:00-4:00 PM Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the home of Nancy Atkinson.
