Raymond Harrelson

Raymond Eugene Harrelson, 70, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born July 31, 1948, in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late Herman and Elizabeth Ruth Leverett. A U. S. Air Force veteran of 20 years, Mr. Harrelson retired from ABCO Industries. He enjoyed westerns, fishing, being outdoors, grilling, and gardening. Survivors include his daughters, Ella-Marie Freeman (Michael) of Duncan, SC and Michelle Harrelson Horton of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Desi Horton, Draven Horton, David Freeman, and Preston Freeman; great-grandson, Jackson Reynolds; and brother, Ernest Leverett of Spartanburg, SC. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Martha Fink; and brother, Kenneth Wayne Harrelson. Visitation will be 10:00-10:45 AM Monday, November 26, 2018, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307, with funeral services following at 11:00 AM, conducted by Pastor Bill Morris. Burial, with military rites, will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307.
