George Misky

George Misky, 80, of Duncan, SC, died Thursday, September 27, 2018, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born September 9, 1938, in Cleveland, OH, he was the son of the late George and Adeline Salva Misky. Mr. Misky was a member of West View Church and organized a gospel/country group Picking & Grinning in 2011. An engineer, he retired from Lubrisol, Inc. Survivors include his wife, Linda Earlene Wagner Misky; son, Michael C. Misky of Pensacola, FL; stepson, Michael McCain of Duncan, SC; grandchildren, Michael D. Misky (Jodi) of Pace, FL and Jill Koster (Steve) of Painesville, OH; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas Koster, Skylar Misky, and Raya Misky. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Pamela Misky. Visitation will be 2:00-2:45 PM Sunday, September 30, 2018, at West View Church with a memorial service following at 3:00 PM, conducted by The Rev. Richard L. Peters.
