Daniel Breitenbach

Danny Breitenbach, 59, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born November 24, 1958, in Cowpens, SC, he was the son of David Louis and Dorothy Victoria Hyder Breitenbach of Spartanburg, SC. He was married for 41 years to Kimmie Lane Howard Breitenbach of the home. A graduate of Broome High School Class of 1977, Danny was the owner of Broadbook Enterprises, Inc. and a member of the Home Builders Association in Cherokee County. He was also a member of Brown's Chapel Baptist Church in Pacolet. In addition to his parents and wife, survivors include his sons, Heath Breitenbach (Stephanie) of Pacolet, SC, Seth Breitenbach (Casey) of Chesnee, SC, Jared Breitenbach (Cathy) of Spartanburg, SC, and Nic Breitenbach of Charleston, SC; seven grandchildren, Parker, Kurt, Amy Rae, and Cody Breitenbach, Ben, Amanda and Faith Cartee; and brothers, Johnny Breitenbach of Spartanburg, SC and Gary Breitenbach of Pacolet, SC. Visitation will be 10:30 AM - 12:00 noon Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Bethesda Baptist Church, 799 Bethesda Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29302 with a graveside service following in the church cemetery, conducted by The Rev. Larry Holland, The Rev. Daniel Blackwell, and The Rev. Ralph Jett. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Jerusalem, 2432 Jerusalem Road, Pacolet, SC 29372.
