Annie Calvert

Annie Faye Calvert, 84, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, August 13, 2018, at White Oak Manor-Spartanburg. Born October 22, 1933, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Elton V. Revels Sr. and Annie Pearl Steadman Revels and widow of Archie L. Calvert Jr. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Terry Calvert (Kathy) of Chesnee, SC; grandson, Ben Calvert (Jamie) of Boiling Springs, SC; great-grandchildren, Andrew Calvert and Madison Calvert; sister, Mary Corn of Arcadia, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by six brothers and one sister. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Thursday, August 16, 2018, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307 with funeral services following at 2:00 PM, conducted by The Rev. Dr. Eddie Burris. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
