Teisha Putnam

Teisha Ann Putnam, 33, passed away at Stonecreek Nursing and Rehabilitation facility on June 29, 2017. Teisha faced many health issues from birth, but always found a way to make lemonade from lemons, even when life gave her way too many lemons! Her sense of humor and positive attitude were gifts she shared with all. She had a heart of gold and was always thinking of others. Teisha is survived by her mother, Donna Jones and her husband, Bill, of Canton, NC, her father, Tony Putnam and his wife, Jackie, of Spartanburg, SC, grandmothers, Sarah Mease and Judy Putnam, both of Canton, NC, stepbrothers Christopher Geiss of Spartanburg, SC, and Andrew Geiss of Charlotte, NC. She is preceded in death by her beloved sister, Tonya Putnam, grandfathers, Guy Mease and J.L. Putnam, all of Canton, NC, and stepbrother, Hunter Geiss, of Spartanburg, SC. A Memorial service will be 4:00 PM Monday, July 3, 2017 at Spring Hill Baptist Church, 1918 Murray Road, Canton, NC. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
