Melba Bagwell

Melba Webb Bagwell, 79, of Spartanburg, SC, died Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born October 4, 1936 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Marvin and Margaret Elizabeth Israel Webb and widow of Ira Andrew Bagwell. She was a member of Davis Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving are her daughters, Kim B. Duncan and spouse, Roger Duncan of Boiling Springs, SC; Lisa B. Arteaga and Tammy B. Smith, both of Spartanburg, SC; sister, Martha Bridges of Spartanburg, SC; and brother, Thomas Webb of Greenwood, SC; five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by one brother and two sisters. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 10, 2016 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Charles Hall.
