Mary Hauser

Mary McDowell Hauser, 82, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, November 20, 2017, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born April 17, 1935, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Theron M. and Eva Kimbrell McDowell and widow of William Hamilton "Dub" Hauser. Mrs. Hauser loved to travel and was an avid bowler. She was a member of First Baptist North Spartanburg and retired from Dillards. Survivors include her sons, Scott Matthew Williamson of Lancaster, SC and Robert Rene Williamson of Spartanburg, SC; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, David M. Williamson; and brother, Gene McDowell. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, November 27, 2017, in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, 4164 Boiling Springs Rd., Boiling Springs, SC 29316, by The Rev. Jack E. Hames.
