Frank Kleckner

Frank Robert Kleckner, 61, of Enoree, SC, died Monday, May 22, 2017, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born February 14, 1956, in Oakland, CA, he was the son of Alice Himmel Kleckner of Carson City, NV and the late Harold Robert Kleckner. A coach and math teacher at Southside Christian School in Simpsonville, SC, Mr. Kleckner attended Fellowship Greenville. He was the honored recipient of Track Coach of the Year for four years in a row, State Coach of the Year one year, and nationally recognized State Coach of the Year one year. In addition to his coach and math teacher talents, he was also a pilot, insurance adjuster, race horse owner, and licensed contractor. Survivors include his wife, Dianne Marie Gagnon Kleckner; son, Lantz Kleckner of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Tracy Benton of Pauline, SC; and brothers, Darrell Kleckner of Lucedale, MS and Harold Kleckner Jr. of Dublin, CA. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 PM Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Fellowship Greenville, 3161 S. Hwy 14, Greenville, SC 29615. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 PM, at the church, conducted by the Rev.
