Bonnie Elder

Bonnie Elder, 76, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at her home. Born October 10, 1940, in Rutherford County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Louise Bradley and wife for 39 years to the late Robert Edward Elder. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Tonya Hamrick of Boiling Springs, SC, Roger L. Wyatt (Suzette) of Inman, SC, and T. Matthew Elder (Tara) of Spartanburg, SC; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a brother. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Pamela Janosky; son, J. Scotty Elder; and a brother. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 PM Sunday, July 23, 2017, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 N, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. Funeral services will follow at 3:30 PM, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Chris Collins and Chaplain David Boyter. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, 350 N. Blackstock Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29301. Memorials may be made to Halcyon Hospice, 300 East Henry Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302. The family is at the home.
