Grief Support Information
"Remembering the person you have loved allows you to slowly heal. Healing does not mean you will forget. Actually, it means you will remember."
"Grief is not something you go around; its something you need to go through."
Alan Wolfelt, Ph.D.
Grief is not about forgetting the person who has died, but about finding ways to remember them. Remembering brings healing. When someone dies, our feelings for them and memories of them stay alive and active inside us. We need to find ways of expressing those feelings. Honor your loved one's life and remember.
